2D and 3D Modeling

Here i have design ESP32-Cam casing in fusion 360 for my final project. So firstly i have done measurement of ESP32-CAM and done the set the parameter in fusion 360./p>

Esp32cam Casing Design in Fusion

1. Casing

2. Casing Cover

3. Joint and Support

Then export in stl file formate from fusion to print the final design/product.

Finally, done with all the setting and now i exported my design file to Gcode for printing in 3D machine.

After exporting i started printing in 3D printer with my design. And i took almost 2 hours to complete printing.

I also design a relay base, MCU base, door handel and also Casing cover for all the electronic for my final project.

Door design in Inkscape

For my final project I have decided to make a door and frame using inkscape. For the door outer frame I have measure width as 428.4mm and height as 742.8mm. And for the inner door I have used 300mm as width and 600mm as height.

  • After my door design is done I have used CNC machine to cut the door and frame.
